How many times this week did you research a prospect’s company, work out which services would suit them, and adapt an offer you had already prepared for someone else?

A relevant offer takes preparation. Someone has to understand the business, recommend a solution, explain why it fits and calculate the price. As enquiries increase, that preparation competes with the calls and conversations needed to win the business.

At Swiss Product Studio, we have built systems that automate this work through to delivery and follow-up. Two examples show what that looks like: personalised videos featuring the prospect’s website, and offer pages with services, scope and pricing tailored to the company.

For Swiss B2B teams, the same approach can accommodate language preferences, regional service coverage and CHF pricing. Here is how the systems work and where those choices enter the process.

01

Personalised video outreach, from research to follow-up

In our video outreach project, inbound prospects were receiving a standard automated email sequence. The team wanted to show how the product would fit each recipient’s business, without recording a new video for every enquiry. 1

The automation began when a new lead entered the sales pipeline (for example, in HubSpot CRM). It checked the lead against the client’s business rules, then researched the companies that qualified. The findings informed an AI-written script tailored to each business.

A video platform then combined the script with scrolling footage of the prospect’s website. The recipient saw their own landing page while the salesperson or CEO appeared in the corner, explaining how the solution could help the prospect’s business.

Research, scripting, video production and email delivery ran automatically for eligible leads. The team could make company-specific videos part of its sales process without recording and assembling each one manually.

Viewing activity determined what happened next. The first time a prospect pressed play, the automation triggered the next steps in the sales pipeline. Repeat viewings did not restart the same sequence.

Unwatched videos can have their own follow-up path. If no play is recorded within four days of delivery, for example, the automation can send a follow-up email without someone checking the viewing history and preparing a reminder.

Applying this to a Swiss sales team

With AI voice models, the same process can serve German-speaking Switzerland, Romandy and Ticino. The script, voiceover, delivery email and follow-up messages can all follow the prospect’s preferred language. A team selling in German, French and Italian can build these choices into the automation without arranging a separate recording for every prospect.

02

Personalised landing pages triggered by a company email

We built another sales process around a company email address submitted through a website form. The submission triggered the automation to research the company’s website and LinkedIn information, then prepare a dedicated offer page from the findings.

Each page used the company’s name and brought together the details a prospect would need to assess the offer:

  • Recommended services and why they suited the business.
  • The proposed solution, its scope and how it would look with the company’s brand name.
  • Pricing calculated from the information collected.
  • Guidance on setting up the service.

The prospect could review both the proposal and the reasoning behind it before booking a conversation. Personalisation shaped the service recommendation, scope and price.

Fallback values allowed the process to continue when public company information was incomplete. Once the page was ready, the automation published it and emailed the prospect a link.

We reviewed the process initially. After launch, research, offer preparation, publication and delivery ran automatically.

03

What a tailored offer could look like for a Swiss service business

For example, a Swiss commercial cleaning provider could use this process for enquiries from facilities companies. Consider a prospect in Lausanne managing several properties.

Research into the prospect’s website could identify the types of premises it manages and the regions it serves. A tailored page could recommend relevant cleaning services, explain the proposed scope and present an estimated price.

The provider’s service coverage and commercial rules would determine the offer:

Offer detailHow the automation could adapt it
LanguageUse the prospect’s recorded preference for the page and email.
Service coverageMatch the relevant locations to the cantons the provider serves.
Recommended scopeSelect suitable services using company research and confirmed requirements.
PriceApply the provider’s calculation rules and present the amount in CHF.
Next contactDirect the meeting request to the colleague responsible for that region.

A firm quotation for on-site cleaning also depends on floor area, cleaning frequency and access requirements. Where those details are missing, the page could request them or present a clearly labelled estimate, with a firm price prepared once the prospect confirms the requirements.

For services sold in standard packages, company research may already provide enough context to recommend an option and calculate a price. The process should reflect how the business sells: which information determines the recommendation, what changes the price and when additional answers are needed.

Build personalisation into your sales process

If your team already researches prospects and adapts offers manually, bring us a recent example. In a first call, we can work through what changes between companies, how your pricing rules apply and what should happen after someone views the content or leaves it unwatched. That gives us the basis for designing the complete sales process around your business.
