Process automation.
Less manual work.

Your team has better things
to do than copy details
from one tool to another.

Process automation connects your tools so a recurring business task can run from start to finish. We build the steps around your team’s rules, leaving the unusual cases and decisions that need judgement with a person.

Take a customer enquiry. Instead of copying details between tools, your team can have the request checked, a quote calculated and sent, and the result saved in the CRM.

01 / Where it helps

Which business tasks
can you automate?

Start with the work your team repeats in forms, email, customer records or accounting. Here are three examples we could work through with you.

01

Enquiry to quote

Turn a complete enquiry into a quote using your price list and agreed rules. Send it to the customer and save it in your CRM, without someone copying the details between tools.

Your team sets the pricing rules. Custom requests go to a person.

02

Employee onboarding

Once a start date is approved, create the tasks and reminders for HR, the manager and IT. Everyone can see what is ready for the new colleague.

Access changes follow your approval rules.

03

Sales signals and follow-up

Spot a buying signal, such as a customer’s renewal date. Check their account, send the agreed message and record the response in your CRM so the opportunity keeps moving.

Your team chooses which signals matter and what can be sent.

These are examples of possible projects. We agree the tools, access and rules with you before building.

02 / Time back for your team

Small tasks add up.
So does the time you get back.

A few minutes of admin, repeated through the day, can take hours out of the week. Here is how one task could change when the tools do the copying.

A five-minute task, 48 times a week.

For example, copying order details between two systems. After automation, allow two minutes per order to check the result.

Annual value of employee timeCHF 15,640CHF 6,256

2 hours 24 minutes back.
Every week.

That is CHF 9,384 a year in employee time available for customer conversations, solving problems and the work that needs your team’s judgement.

An illustrative example, before build, software and upkeep costs. We use your task volumes and costs to estimate the value, then measure the result. Time freed does not automatically reduce payroll spending.

Discuss your project in a call
03 / Choose the first process

Let’s find a useful
place to start.

Choose a task your team knows well: how it starts, what should happen and who looks after it. Repeated work with steady rules is often a good first project.

Compare tasks with our scorecard

It happens often enough to matter.

How often does it happen, and how much time goes into it?

The rules can be explained.

Can your team explain the steps and when a person needs to decide?

The tools can share what is needed.

We check access, the information itself and what your tools can do.

Someone can handle the unusual cases.

We agree who sorts out missing details or changes to the rules.

The result is easy to check.

Can we tell when the task is complete and compare the time it takes before and after?

05 / From process to working system

We build it with your team.
Make it ready to use.

We agree what the first project should do, how we will check it and who will look after it. Then we work through it with your team.

  1. 01

    Look at the task today.

We follow the task through your tools and see where it waits, repeats or needs a correction.

  2. 02

    Make a first version.

We connect the agreed tools and rules, then review working software using examples from your day-to-day work.

  3. 03

    Try the difficult cases.

We test missing details, repeat requests and broken connections. Together we check the results and approvals needed before launch.

  4. 04

    Get your team ready.

You get instructions for the workflow and what to do when something fails. We agree who handles problems and future changes.

06 / Ownership and control

Keep your team
in charge.

Build around what you already run.

We start by learning which tools your team uses today. For tools like HubSpot and bexio, we check how they can work together and what your account allows before agreeing the build.

Know where information goes.

We explain where information is processed and stored, including connected services.

Agree what needs approval.

We agree approvals for payments, promises, deletions and access changes. AI can help with reading or interpretation where useful. Many recurring steps only need ordinary rules.

Know what happens after launch.

You own your accounts and the agreed workflows from day one. We hand over access and instructions, then agree who monitors problems, responds and handles future changes.

07 / One process, end to end

What happens after
an enquiry arrives?

A customer requests a standard service. Your prices and eligibility rules are clear, so the automation can take the enquiry all the way to a quote sent and saved.

  1. 01

    Receive

Capture the requested service, quantity and customer details from your enquiry form.

  2. 02

    Check

Check the required details, find the customer and confirm this is a new request.

  3. 03

    Calculate

Use your price list, tax settings and agreed discount rules to calculate the quote.

  4. 04

    Send

Create the quote document and email it to the customer when it meets your agreed rules.

  5. 05

    Record

Save the quote and delivery status in your CRM. Mark the enquiry as quoted, ready for the next stage.

What if something is missing?

If details are missing or the request needs custom pricing, it goes to the right colleague with the information already gathered. They can review it before a quote is sent. A retry does not create a second quote or email.

Standard enquiries reach the customer as a finished quote. Your team handles the requests that fall outside the rules.

08 / Questions before you start

Process automation
questions.

Which process should we automate first?

Look for a repeated task your team understands, with someone responsible for it and information your tools can share. Include time spent correcting it. If the steps are unclear, we may simplify them first. Our scorecard can help compare options.

Can you work with our existing systems?

That is where we start. We check what each tool can share or change and whether your account allows it. If a connection is not suitable, we discuss the alternatives and costs before agreeing the build.

What happens when data is missing or a system fails?

We agree when the task should wait, try again or ask a person. Your colleague gets the problem and relevant details. We also check that trying again will not create duplicate records or messages.

How do we know whether it saves time?

We measure the task before building and compare similar work afterwards, including checking, corrections and upkeep. Time freed up gives people capacity. We report any actual fall in spending separately.

What does a first project cost and include?

First projects start from CHF 4,800 and typically take three to four weeks. A workflow means one complete business task, or a connected set of tasks, automated from start to finish. It may take several n8n workflows, other tools or pieces of code to deliver that result. We agree the result, the cases it should handle, testing and handover. Your proposal confirms the scope, timing and full cost, including software, hosting and usage.

Who owns the workflow and access?

You own your accounts and the agreed workflows from day one. We hand over the setup and instructions. The software we connect still has its own subscription and terms.

Who looks after it when a tool or business rule changes?

We agree who watches for problems, responds and approves changes, with support clearly described in the proposal. Further development can continue through a partnership from CHF 4,000/month, billed monthly with 30 days’ notice. The proposal explains the support included and who handles problems and changes.

What should we bring to the first call?

Describe one recurring task, the tools it uses and roughly how often it happens. Tell us where the time goes and who handles problems. No sensitive customer or employee records are needed to begin.

What keeps taking time
out of your team’s day?

Walk us through one recurring task. We’ll help you find out what is worth automating and where a first project could start.
