Part of Custom AI agents.

AI agents for VC funds
& family offices.

The next deck arrives.
The research starts again.
How much could you reuse?

We build research agents around your team’s sources and memo format. They prepare findings and updates for review, while analysts keep their own conclusions.

The pitch deck, website and meeting notes each tell part of the story. Your analysts spend time collecting them, checking what changed and updating the memo.

01 / Where it helps

How can AI help
with investment research?

Investment teams work across languages, markets and currencies. The source, date and currency need to stay beside each finding, so reviewers can check what they are comparing.

01

Prepare company research

Bring approved pitch material and company research into a profile with source links and questions for the next conversation.

Show what a company claims and what has been checked.

02

Keep a memo up to date

Prepare updates when a new document or meeting note arrives, and show which sources caused the change.

Your analysts’ conclusions stay untouched.

03

Get ready for a portfolio review

Bring company updates, reports and meeting notes together, with CHF/EUR figures and reporting periods clearly labelled.

Missing or conflicting information stays on the reviewer’s question list.

These are examples of possible projects. We agree the tools, access and checks with you before building.

02 / How it could work

A new deck arrives.
What changed since the last one?

Here is how an agent could help update a deal memo. Your team chooses the sources and reviews the findings before using them.

  1. 01

    Receive

A new deck or note is added to the deal.

  2. 02

    Check

Check the company, date, version and team access.

  3. 03

    Research

Collect the agreed facts and flag gaps or disagreements.

  4. 04

    Prepare

Draft changes to the research sections.

  5. 05

    Review

Show the analyst what changed and keep the reviewed version.

The deck and the meeting notes give different numbers.

Both sources stay visible, with their dates and the disagreement flagged. The deal owner can investigate instead of discovering later that the agent quietly picked one.

The memo should help your team see what is known, what has changed and which questions are still open.

03 / Planning the first version

Build around the way
your team reviews a deal.

A VC deal memo and a family-office portfolio review need different sources and permissions. We start with one research task and the people who will use it.

What we agree before connecting research sources
Part of the workHow we handle it
SourcesChoose public and private material the team may use. Save findings with dates and references.
Memo sectionsIdentify what the agent can draft and which conclusions belong to analysts.
FiguresKeep currency, reporting period and source visible. Flag disagreements.
DecisionsInvestment decisions remain with your team. The agent has no trading or fund-transfer authority.
05 / How we work together

Let’s start
with your memo.

We agree what the first version should do, how to check it and who will look after it. Then we work through it with your team.

  1. 01

    Understand the review process.

We look at the stage you want help with, the source documents, memo sections and people who need access.

  2. 02

    Try a sample together.

We choose decks, updates and notes to test, and agree how useful findings and unanswered questions should appear.

  3. 03

    Check the difficult cases.

We test old sources, conflicting figures, languages and similar company names. We also check that human-written conclusions stay intact.

  4. 04

    Make updates manageable.

We agree when research refreshes, who reviews it, how versions are kept and how to pause or repeat a failed task.

06 / Access and upkeep

Keep the research.
Keep your own view.

Separate confidential work.

We agree who may see each deal or portfolio record, and how access changes when people or responsibilities change.

Keep findings you can return to.

Save the research itself, with source links, dates and limits, in your agreed files or database. Temporary tool history is not enough.

Protect the team’s conclusions.

Analyst-written sections are kept separate from generated research. We test that updates leave them intact and keep earlier versions.

Put a reviewer in charge.

We agree who resolves conflicting sources and accepts updates, and who checks quality and cost as sources or AI tools change.

07 / Questions before you start

AI research questions.

What does a first project cost?

First projects start from CHF 4,800 for an agreed research task or part of your memo process. We confirm source access, analyst review, timing and any provider costs before the build.

Is this for VC funds or family offices?

We can explore research tasks for either. We start with your actual process, whether that is a deal memo or portfolio review. The linked delivered project is a VC memo system.

Will it make investment decisions?

The service described here prepares research and documents. Your analysts and committee keep their conclusions and decisions. The agent cannot trade or transfer funds.

Can it use our memo format?

We work through your sections and sources, deciding what the agent may prepare and what must remain written by your team.

What happens when information is missing or disagrees?

The memo shows the gap or conflicting sources, with dates and links for the reviewer. Missing evidence should remain an open question.

How do you handle CHF and other currencies?

We keep the original currency, period and units with the source. If you need conversions, we agree the rate, date and calculation and label converted figures separately.

Can it use confidential decks and notes?

We first agree who can access them, which providers process them, where they are stored and how long they are kept. Then we connect only the material needed.

When does the research update?

We can agree a schedule or particular events, such as a new deck arriving. Each update has defined sections it may change, and can reuse saved findings.

Which part of research
would your team stop repeating?

Walk us through a memo or review process. We’ll look for a useful first task, with findings your analysts can check and build on.
