Part of Process automation.

n8n automation
for your business.

Your tools can
work together.
Your team can get on with its day.

n8n connects business tools and runs the steps between them. We use it to build new workflows or fix existing ones, with a clear way to spot problems and put them right.

Someone still copies the invoice details. A lead gets stuck between the form and the CRM. Or an automation worked yesterday, but today nobody knows why it stopped.

01 / Where it helps

Where could n8n
take work off your hands?

Start with one task your team repeats. That might mean connecting HubSpot to your accounting software, processing invoices or moving customer details between tools.

01

Connect sales and finance

Pass the agreed customer details and invoice updates between your tools, so colleagues can find the information they need.

We check what each tool can share and change.

02

Handle incoming documents

Save the original document, collect the details you need and send incomplete cases to the right colleague.

Documents and results stay available after n8n deletes its run history.

03

Add an AI step

Use AI to prepare a response or a record update, then show it to a person before it is sent or saved.

You decide which actions need approval.

These are examples of possible projects. We agree the tools, access and checks with you before building.

02 / How it could work

What happens after
a new enquiry arrives?

Here is one example: a website enquiry becomes a task in your CRM. The job is finished when the task is there for the right person.

  1. 01

    Receive

An enquiry arrives from your website.

  2. 02

    Check

Check the required details and access.

  3. 03

    Match

Find the customer and check for an existing task.

  4. 04

    Create

Assign a follow-up task in the CRM.

  5. 05

    Confirm

Check that the task was saved and keep a record.

If the connection drops halfway through, where do we pick up?

We build a way to see which steps finished and which need another attempt. Some problems can retry automatically. Others need a colleague. Repeating a step should not create a second invoice or send the same message twice.

We save important documents, research and business results separately from n8n’s temporary run history, then check they are there.

03 / Planning the first version

Where will it run?
Who will look after it?

n8n can run as a hosted service or on infrastructure you manage. We help you choose a setup that fits your team, its data requirements and the people available to maintain it.

05 / How we work together

Let’s work through
the workflow together.

We agree what the first version should do, how to check it and who will look after it. Then we work through it with your team.

  1. 01

    Look at what happens today.

We follow the task through your tools and find where work stops, repeats or needs manual help.

  2. 02

    Choose what to change.

We agree whether to repair, simplify or build, along with the hosting, price and checks needed before launch.

  3. 03

Try it when things go wrong.

We test missing details, repeated requests and broken connections as well as the usual day-to-day work.

  4. 04

    Make it yours to run.

You get the agreed workflows and instructions, including what to do when something fails. We agree who handles support and future changes.

06 / Access and upkeep

You should know
how to keep it running.

Access you can manage.

We agree who controls each connected account and how to remove access when it is no longer needed. Passwords stay out of handover notes.

Records you can find later.

We agree what to save, for how long and where. Important business records need to outlast n8n’s run history.

A way to recover.

For a setup you host, we agree who makes backups and test how to restore the system.

Changes you can check first.

Updates to n8n or a connected tool can affect a workflow. We agree how to test changes before they reach live work.

07 / Questions before you start

n8n implementation questions.

What does a first project cost?

First projects start from CHF 4,800 for a scoped automation project or repair. We confirm scope and timing after reviewing your tools. The proposal includes the n8n plan, hosting and support needed, so you can judge the full cost before starting. A workflow means one complete business task, or a connected set of tasks, automated from start to finish. It may take several n8n workflows, other tools or pieces of code to deliver that result.

What is n8n?

n8n is a tool for connecting software and automating tasks between it. For example, a form submission could start a process that checks the request, calculates a quote, sends it and saves the result in your CRM. We build the steps around your tools and rules.

Can you fix a workflow we already have?

Yes. Show us what it should do and where it gets stuck. We check what happened in the connected tools before recommending a repair, a simpler design or a replacement.

Should we use n8n Cloud or host it ourselves?

We compare your data requirements, budget and ability to maintain it. The proposal makes clear who handles updates, backups and problems with each option.

What happens if something runs twice?

We check whether the task has already been done before repeating it. If a workflow stops halfway through, it should pick up safely without creating duplicate records or messages.

How long does n8n keep its history?

That depends on the setup and plan. We check the actual settings. Important research, documents and business results are saved separately and checked, so you can still use them after the run history is deleted.

Can our team maintain it?

We provide the agreed workflows and instructions, explain the common problems and show which changes your team can make. We also agree where technical support is needed.

What should we bring to the first call?

Tell us what starts the workflow, which tools it uses and what should happen. A description of the problem is enough to begin. We can arrange a safe way to review examples later.

Which workflow
is giving you trouble?

Show us what should happen and where it gets stuck. We’ll work out whether a repair, a simpler setup or a new workflow makes sense.
